All orders are curated and dispatched from our locations in the United Kingdom and Ukraine. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below regarding transit times, duties, and handling.

Dispatch & Handling

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (business days only).

• You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your items are on the move.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer worldwide tracked shipping to ensure your archive pieces arrive safely.

• Worldwide Delivery: 3–14 business days.

• Note: While most orders arrive ahead of schedule, logistics can occasionally be unpredictable due to customs or regional holidays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

findmyrags is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

• All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

• If a package is returned to us because of unpaid customs fees, the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages & Loss

findmyrags is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
