RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Artifacts & History

At findmyrags, we deal with unique, archival, and vintage garments. Because these items have lived a previous life, their character is defined by their history. We want you to be completely satisfied with your find, so please read our policy carefully.

The Core Policy:

Return Window: 14 days from the date of delivery.

Restocking Fee: A 15% fee applies to all returns to cover processing, payment provider fees, and handling. If it's not our fault.

Return Shipping: Organized and paid for by the customer.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it:

• All tags must be attached.

• No signs of wear, washing, or additional odors (perfume, smoke, etc.).

• Must include all original packaging provided with the piece.

The Process:

1. Initiate: Contact us via email HELP@FINDMYRAGS.COM within the 14-day window.

2. Ship: Once approved, ship the item back using a tracked service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

3. Refund: After inspection, your refund (minus the 15% restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method.

Vintage Nature Disclaimer:

Please note that vintage and archival items may show natural signs of wear or aging. We provide detailed photos and condition grading for every item. Minor signs of wear consistent with the age of the garment are not considered defects.

Final Sale:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased from "Archive Sale" collections are not eligible for return or exchange.
